   At House of Divani, we pour our heart into every piece of jewellery we send your way. Because our items are delicate and curated with care, we have a specific policy to ensure everything stays fair and transparent for all our lovely customers.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is made. We share detailed photos and descriptions of every piece so you can feel confident about your choice before it arrives at your doorstep!

Exchanges

While we don’t offer standard returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your jewellery arrives damaged or if we’ve sent the wrong item by mistake, we are more than happy to help you with an exchange.

The 4-Day Window: Please reach out to us within 4 days of receiving your package. This helps us resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

The Fine Print: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unused, and tucked safely in its original packaging with all the tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

If something isn't right, please don't worry! Just follow these simple steps:

Show us: Include your Order ID and a short unboxing video or a clear photo of the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and prevents future mix-ups.

The Next Steps: Once we’ve had a look and approved the exchange, we’ll guide you through the process of getting your replacement piece sent out to you.

The courier charges for returning and re-shipping the exchanged product will be applicable if the reason for exchange is not attributed to our error. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

A Quick Note

Items purchased during a Sale or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

If the item you wanted to exchange is out of stock, we’ll happily offer you store credit or a different design of the same value.
