Guttapusalu Jhumka
These are a pair of traditional Indian Jhumka earrings, featuring an antique gold finish. They showcase a classic dome-shaped design adorned with multi-coloured gemstones and pearls.
The Stud (Top Section): The earrings begin with a decorative, lotus-inspired post. This section is intricately studded with tiny white Kundan stones, alongside vibrant pink and emerald-coloured gemstones. Small white seed pearls delicate dangle from the sides of the stud.
The Jhumka Dome (Middle Section): Hanging from the stud is a traditional hollow dome (bell shape). The top portion of the dome features teardrop-shaped pink kemp stones arranged in a petal-like layout. Below this is a distinct band of rectangular-cut green stones, creating a colourful contrast.
The Pearl Droplets (Bottom Section): The base of the dome is densely fringed with cascading layers of small, cream-colored seed pearls. This cluster fringe (Gutta Pusalu style detailing) gives the earrings a soft, elegant finish and fluid movement when worn.
